Frederick Chang has four main practice areas: Financing of Infrastructure and Trade; M&A; Fund Management and Startups; and Compliance. Prior to opening Frederick Chang Law Office in August 2024, he worked on the following representative matters:


  • Representing major US utilities in nuclear power plant and nuclear fuel transactions including the leveraged lease financing and public offering of lease-backed debt certificates of Duquesne Light Company
